It takes place on an island. The island has two groups of people; there are high people that live on top, and the low people live on the coast. The high people are much richer, and they buy cheap food from the low people down on the mainland. The high people have golf courses, pools, et cetera. They’re not so good to the low people. Eventually the sea levels begin to rise, and there’s a terrible storm that causes lots of destruction, and these two groups are forced to work together. You can’t get anywhere if the rich people don’t reach out.
