Travel tours are always expensive—but are Unschool Adventures programs more expensive than other options?
A recent Sunday New York Times has a special section advertising teen group adventures: roughly $6000-$7000 for 2-3 weeks of travel, not including airfare: That’s $2000-$3500 per week.
We’re proud to continue offering programs at an extremely competitive rate:
- $5000 for a 6- to 7-week international trip (~$800/week)
- $2000 for a 4-week domestic program ($500/week)
- $6500 for the 12-week Argentina Semester (~$550/week)
Here are more data points from other awesome programs with comparable offerings. (Prices were sampled in November 2016; specific offerings of food/activities may differ from U.A. programs, but none include airfare.)
