Today’s adventure was to distinguish Truth from BS. Looking at man made global warming and mandatory drafting for war from both sides of the spectrum.
Drawing lines between unbacked mouth vomit and hard fact. Finding a reliable source, making sure reporters were not writing from self interest or being funded by people that could bend their story. We wrote a long list of facts and opinions that proved what we believed. After poking holes in each others logic we make a counter argument and put together another list and peoples true motivations start to show from both sides.
It was a really great experience to think harder and ways we never tried before. Opinions changed as we talked and debated. Overall this was a great exercise that can help you in the real world .
