I’m a chef, and I love the originality. Like when you’re working with fire and running everywhere to create everything, you can be in real trouble. I also enjoy the creativity. I try to mix different foods from different cultures in my cooking. I like to mix French food and Asian food or French and Italian food. I think culture in general influences me.
